Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeframe
After you place an order with us, your products should ship within 1 to 3 business days. While we work hard to ship all orders as fast as possible, there are times when we may require more time to ship your order.

Shipping Costs

• Standard Domestic shipping on subscriptions and bundles: FREE
• For all other orders, Priority Mail and Priority Mail express are available.  These rates are calculated by the carrier based on weight.

While we do not guarantee transit times, we estimate that standard shipping takes 1 to 5 business days from the moment the order is handed over to the carrier.

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you should receive an email containing your tracking information including the carrier and associated number. Please refer to this tracking information as needed. You may also reach out to us at support@mindbodymatrix.com regarding the status of your order.

Can't Find Your Package?
Tracking information is updated via the carrier and may show if your package is out for delivery. If the status states "delivered" but you have not yet received the package, please be sure to double-check if it has been left with a neighbor or in a secure location.

In the rare occurrence that you still can't locate your package, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for packages that are refused by the recipient or not deliverable due to incorrect shipping details. We ask that you double-check your shipping information prior to submitting your order.
