  2. Our team will reply to your message within 48 hours on how we can work to make you happy. Depending on the situation, we may request additional information from you including product pictures.

Once your case has been reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you if your refund has been approved.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please note that shipping charges associated with your order are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for these charges unless your order qualified for free shipping.
